I was looking at this blog today and realized it hasn't been updated in a year +, so I thought I would post the pictures of Brett's Homecoming and the video I have.
Before Brett arrived, all the family waiting in anticipation: Cousins bonding while waiting: And the moment we were all waiting for: BRETT!
Brett has a huge fan club! Family picture at the Airport (you can click on the picture to see it a little larger): Family picture at the Homecoming: And just because I'm vain...The cake: We love you Brett!
Hey everyone, we don't have a blog set-up yet, still adjusting - hopefully we'll have our new home in a few weeks. I thought I'd post a few pictures/video, never done this before so we'll see how it goes. Our internet is really slow - dialup speed...painful. It was nice talking to all of you this past week, we're exicted for baby number 5, it will be an adventure all of its own...skype us when you see us online, we love the company, it's lonely out here...
This is a housing development right on the ocean next to one of our warehouses.
This is an open market (Caboon Sayu)that sells Dayak goods - they are very creative and industrious
So---do any of us actually look at this/use this blog? Too bad-it would be a great way to stay in touch. Are you too busy, uninterested--uninteresting? Just kidding. Well, I just thought I would check it to see if any of my family members were using it. Join Facebook-Maybe that will be the next generation of "staying in touch" Love you all- Kari
Unfortunately I didn't think that Austin would like this....but since I am well aware of the many "princesses" in the family....You guys have to enter!!!!!! Grosgrain: Marie-Thérèse Gown GIVEAWAY!!!!
Greg, Austin, and I are doing great! We have had a great week exploring Houston while I have been out of school! This is at the zoo in Houston. Austin loved the "Children's zoo". Especially when he got to 'groom' the goats. Unfortunately he thought his hair needed a little grooming too.

Bring back any memories?? Look familiar? When we went to Oregon a few years ago I took my family back to the beginning. Rock Dr! Drove down the old road to the chapel.
My girls played on the playground at Indian Hills for a bit--It was so fun. I'm glad we took a few pictures. I had forgotten we had done that! I'll post a few more from that trip. I wish we could have been there for the California trip. We miss you guys (all of you!) - Kari and family

Can you tell where we are? The name tag says Elder Evans and the orange dot means "first day in the MTC--may need help" What a great week! Family and missionary! Thanks to everyone for making Brett's last week one to remember. We love you all!
So here we are--I have a lot to learn about blogging but it is a start! As you can see we had a great time--Girl's sleep over at Grandma's, Brett with Sam, Brett and Grandpa with kids and on the pier with kids--we didn't catch anything but it was fun!
This is Mike, Drew and Hannah at Sea World. We had a great time! Grandma Janette, Grandpa, Brett and I went on our way over from Arizona.
